nooooo not the Ramones. It's THE CRAMPS again with SURFIN' BIRD. I used to love The Cramps.

I'm not sure of your song cuz I don't know if the opening lyrics are "who would be a poor man, a beggarman a thief..." or are you asking a question? Like a clue? This is toooo hard.

okay, so I love this guy, John Waite and MISSING YOU is classic John Waite. I recognized the song right away from these lines:

I'm assuming this was back in the 80s or 90s? Don't think they've been around lately. Something about Matt Johnson's voice kinda reminds me of Lou Reed. Probably why I like him. Speaking of Lou:

Chez Chez La Femme. Savannah Band although that's not their full name. Can't remember it. See, I don't cheat and look these things up online. I had this album. I had about 1500 albums which isn't a lot to record collectors but it felt like a lot to me.

Gave all my records away to the Good Will.

This is the type of song that I just sing along too without having a clue what the lyrics mean. Come to think of it, I really haven't taken the time to analyze them. The tune is incredibly catchy in my opinion. Haven't figured out the video either. I just know that I enter some form of trance each time I watch it. I'm unable to take my eyes off the screen when it plays.
