It's weird because they ended up with another kitten too.  It was orange and white.  My daughter saw it and I thought it was odd.  Why get another kitten if they were gonna close? Definitely no kitten abandoned there.  I pass by multiple times a day and always look inside.  Day and night.

Pets and Animals / Kitten in grocery store
« on: November 20, 2019, 04:51:13 PM »
There's  a grocery store on 81st street and 37th avenue... next to jahn's.  They have a black kitten that needs a home.  The store is closing.  I can't  take it.  It was tempting but I have a 14 year old cat who is huge and violent towards other cats....don't even want to picture what he would do to the kitten.  Can anyone help?

How many of you here feel safe letting your kids walk to and from school alone?  What age did you allow it?

Why are you guys feeding the trolls? Don't give them the attention they so desperately want.

I find it funny how when someone doesn't agree with you.....you're immediately labeled a troll lol.

Suck it!

and there seems to be a comprehension problem. I asked how the person knew this neighborhood is overrun with undocumented people. Not how ICE will be proceed going forward. The person seems to have prior knowledge of her neighbors immigration status and I would like to know how thats is

As a Hispanic born in NYC and raised in Jackson heights......I know damn well what I'm talking about.  Thank you.

I love how other Hispanics jump on another one for not defending illegal Hispanics.

where does it say what ethnicity you are? where does it say what ethnicity I am?
The question that was raised was how do you know who is documented or not.

It's not rocket science dude.  Get a clue.

It is happening.  My mom saw the ice on Roosevelt the other day taking people.  Good I'm sick of it.  This neighborhood is over crowded with illegals.

I work at NY presbyterian hospital.  If it gets too hectic then I will continue transferring to the 6 train and just doing my usual walk from Lexington to York ave.  I can't stand the 6 train either though.  The commute drains me.

I see them.  The crows get crazy and chase them away.  Other birds and animals start hiding.  I hate those hiddeous beasts.  They are killers.  Hope they go extinct soon.
