I think this will be the place to find the next mast head.  Fun shots.  I'm trying to post a photo and am being told the upload folder is full.  But I have one shot and it's less than 128 kb.  Oh well.

First, do no harm.

We're trying to figure out what the problem is.  In the meantime, photos can be uploaded to Photobucket or Flickr.

This is neat ... I really should come here more.

Question:  Do the photos have to be just buildings, or can they be people and events in the neighborhood?  (For example, I have great shots of my son and his classmates at the Halloween parade.)

If this is a silly question for the group, as soon as I figure out this personal message stuff, maybe someone can tell me on the QT.  Thanks!

There are no "silly" questions, at least to me!   That's actually a good question because we have a thread for photos of pets and now this thread for Jackson Heights so you could start a new thread under Random Topics or I guess if the people were taken outside in JHs, those photos could go here, too.  The last (actually first contest) for the site's mast head had photos of JHs church flea markets etc.  That thread is around too just lower down so it's harder to find.

OK, I'm going to try this ...

This is Lucas at the Jackson Heights Halloween Parade.  I actually cropped out from  nicer photo of him holding hands with a classmate, because I'd assume they're need be consent if photos are people?

I have group shots with more of the parade settings, but I'm hesitant to post pictures with other peoples kids

He's so cute.  Was his costume a bear?  (I don't know anything about photos with other people and permission etc. but I would be inclined to agree with you that without permission, it's probably better not to risk upsetting anyone.)

Scooby Doo!

And yeah, even though his "date" looked great as a princess, better that her mom and dad upload it.

This is from a house on 87th between 35th and 34th aves.  I took the shot from inside the house when house was on the market a little less than 2 years ago.
