Is that Met Food in the pic above?  I'll assume the hanging carts in front of the freezers are a momentary thing?   ???

I thought it was curious too, hence the picture, but I don’t think I’ve been back since not being able to find chocolate-covered massa (“matzo”) there. I mean, what’s Passover without it?

I knew the Rite Aid on Northern Boulevard looked familiar!

On the left (or above) is my picture of Rite Aid (formerly Food Fair) in Jackson Heights, and on the right (or below) is the Mosque of Hassan II in Casablanca. I have only set foot in one of the two buildings, but believe it or not, it’s not the Rite Aid, although there’s always time. (It is open twenty-four hours, after all.)

DID YOU EVER MAKE THE JOURNEY INTO THE RITE AID???

I have way too many photos to post here.  Here's one of them from the 2010 Queens Hispanic Parade.

In my Opinion, The Aviary is the nicest and most unique landmark the Queens Zoo has.  I am a member so I often just stop by to see the changes in the foliage.  If you like nature or have kids...don't cheat them (or yourself) from going.  Really one of the memorable locales this neighborhood has to offer.  Hey, don't forget the Merry go Round and the petting zoo!!!
