ECG.  I agree!  I have to say I really love living in Jackson Heights.  Especially seeing Scrabble and its relatives makes me feel like a little kid again.

We had a double sighting this morning of this red-tail hawk and a juvenile cooper's hawk!  Great way to start the day.

Our sightings have all been behind The Griswold (34th Ave. bet. 86th & 87th) overlooking the garden homes.  We saw the first red tail hawk two years ago.  We believe there are at least 4 (2 coopers and 2 red tails) in the area this season.
