The aforementioned monthly meeting at the 115th precinct is coming up.  I plan to attend, possibly a few others from our discussions are as well.  Anyone interested?

Apologies, being sick last week I missed the meeting.  I will talk to my associates on yahoo about what went down.

I've gotten a couple of hits on this on my yahoo mail, so I thought I'd rev it up.  Now that the weather is warmer, will we have enough volunteers to make this even possible?

Also, I heard something like Peralta was working Guardian Angels to work in our neighborhood.  Anyone have an idea if this is still going forward?

And of course, the best thing to come out of all of this are the self defense classes graciously offered (for FREE people .. go go go!) Wednesday at St Mark's by Orlando.

I just saw this post on craigslist and it made me wonder what happened to the Community Walk Service initiative.

Do you want to walk me home?

Well, the one good thing that came out of it was Orlando's self defense classes.  Although we had two great meetings, and oopened contact with the 115th Community Office, overall lack of participation kind of killed it ... :(
