Hello Community,

Our FREE Active Self-Defense classes for adults and children (Ages 10+) start tonight (Wednesday Feb 11th) @ 7:30-8:30pm, at St. Marks Church, 33-50 82nd St.

Classes will be EVERY WEDNESDAY night, same time (7:30-8:30pm), same location (St. Marks Church).

So mark your calendars, tell your family and friends, and come learn to how to protect & defend yourself!

Even if you’re not sure you would like to participate, you are welcome to come observe. Come and visit!!

Hey everybody!

Just a reminder that tomorrow (Wednesday) is the next session of the Active Self-Defense classes.

Classes are every wednesday. Since the classes have stand-alone components, you can walk in and take the class and not be worried about what was taught the previous week!

Classes are on Wednesdays at 7:30-8:30pm, at St. Marks Church - 33-50 82nd St.

Again, the classes are TOTALLY FREE!!!

The Active Self-Defense Classes are happening every Wednesday.

Need I say again that... the classes are FREE!

Come join us this Wednesday @ 33-50 82nd St.
Children 10+ are encouraged to come. ("Learn how ward off Bullies 101")

You will get in better shape with this class and you will learn how to defend yourself in various scenarios. You will learn what real-life self-defense really consists of (instead of Hollywood-style selfdef, where you can magically fly across the room with a kick!)
