The Carlton House Cooperative at 3441 85th St rents to outsiders (garage holds 100 cars).   They have a 4 to Midnight Doorman every day who you could speak with.  Years ago many cars were damaged but not since.  I imagine they've installed cameras and other safety measures.

We used to have a garage spot in a building on 75th and 35th.  The number is posted outside their building at that corner.  (I will try to look it up when I get home.)  The only caveat is that they kept raising their prices on us and we got fed up and didn't renew our contract.

They were willing to negotiate down the rent at the end of our contract and it seemed like more spots were going vacant from the downward economy.  Who knows, you might get a good deal now!  We're ok with parking on the street again.

Garage for car parking or storage in a 1 car garage (spacious).

Great for someone who needs parking & storage space.

Monthly, Safe, private house (garage door is remote/keypad controlled) ...available for rent immediately @ 76th & 34th.

I'm looking for a parking spot near 85th and 35th. The Carlton House seems to have spots available only for compact cars; if anyone knows of any spots in the area, please PM me. I'd prefer indoor, but I'll consider outdoor as well. Thanks!

I'm looking for a parking spot in the 70s or 80s between Northern and Roosevelt. Trouble is, I'm not sure where to start looking. Does anyone have any ideas - or better yet, know of a spot for rent?

Our building has a couple of spots opening up now for April 1st.

86-11 34th Ave. between 86/87 Streets.

Hello All,
           I live in Jackson Heights on 92nd street by Northern Blvd. Anyone know of any available parking spots in the area (Preferably indoors). Im kinda tired of people hitting my car. So any help would be great. Even if its a private driveway.
