My poor car is getting beaten up and searching for parking with a screaming baby is just no fun!

Just wanted to revive this very old thread regarding parking in the area.
I'm moving to the area and would love a spot or even any tips on a spot near 81st and 34th ave. I'm willing to walk a bit.

There is the indoor lot with an entrance at 82nd and 37th, and an exit at 81st and 37th.  It's pricey though.

I have a driveway parking spot available on Britton Ave and Judge st $100 monthly between the hours of 9pm-7am. You can leave the car in the spot all day, though another driver parks behind you from 9am -6pm and you will not be able to use your vehicle due to you being blocked in. Tuesday and Sunday you spot to yourself, 2 blocks from Elmhurst Hospital and 3 Blocks from train station - 7 line.
