That's a very carefully crafted name.  Are there layers of punnery I'm not getting?  Or did the sign letterer just get carried away with apostrophes and random capitalization?  Either way, it has sure piqued my curiosity!

Maybe the apostrophes aren't really apostrophes at all. They are little droplets of spilt milk.  ;)

Hmmm.  I wonder if the fact that the L is capitalized means anything.  Acai bowls do nothing for me but the sign also says breakfast lunch and dinner so maybe it will be more than just a fancy juice/smoothie place. They'd need to sell a ton of smoothies to pay that rent.

Todays sample was steel cut oats with banana, pistachio, and coconut. He said they would be serving healthy foods, salads, smoothies, soups, sandwiches.
