I understand that it could be read one way (as being discriminatory), but I think prevailing logic suggests he was simply saying he also wants to use the restaurant as a way to expose young people to career opportunities in the hospitality industry. He didn't say that this is his hiring policy.
Methinks people are reading too deeply and trying to find something in between the lines. Sometimes there isn't actually anything in between the lines, folks. Ocam's Razor and all that.

Not exactly what you're looking for, but we used to rent a space at Studio 34 off Northern in LIC http://studio34-artspace.tumblr.com. Reasonably priced and very nice space right across the street from the R train.

Astoria Veterinary Group on Steinway. We have 3 cats and a 50lb pit mix. I wouldn't take them anywhere else.

I took a look at the document. I live south of Northern Blvd. and have measured the decibel levels of the departing flights from my apt. The sound level is consistently above 80db.

I did... JH heights is zoned for sidewalk cafes (https://www1.nyc.gov/assets/dca/SidewalkCafeMap/#home) and also meets the requirements of 12 feet of sidewalk from storefront to curb. What am I missing?
