I would like to keep jacksonheights.nyc going. There is so much data on the wiki on the site already. Why lose it. And why not give it to Jackson Heights to continue.
(When Wikipedia was in its first year, there was a lot of growing to do. But now, everyone has heard of and knows Wikipedia.)
The residents of Jackson Heights can figure out the role the jacksonheights.nyc site can play in the neighborhood. The site currently has historic data and practical data and links to this site and other Jackson Heights sites.
The site can help neighbors to organize, to market, to coorindate, to communicate, and so much more. It can be integral to help life in the neighborhood the same way the internet has become part of daily life.
I am Tom's wife, Pat, and if you have any questions or solutions to this website, please email me at pattilowenhaupt@yahoo.com
Thanks to all the posts by the mayor(s) which make me so proud of Tom and gives me comfort knowing his efforts are recognized.
