I started doing my Xmas Shopping.  I'm glad my family decided to do the grab bag officially as of last year.  We typically have a overkill buffet style (everyone brings something-even when you tell them not to).  This year I'll have 25+ people coming so I will enclose the deck and place a 10x20 tent that I can attach to the deck therefore increasing the area where people can hang out.  I have it worked out in my mind but as you know...Murphy's Law...We'll see...This is going to be  a special year since we have family coming from Mass - Ohio and Fl.  The tent will be used to smoke cigars, play Dominoes, drink JW and of course "Hablar Mierda" hehe...Can't wait.   :smitten:

Murphy was alive and well today...TD's debit card was not approving my charges..terrible waste of 2 hours today.  Had to run to get Cash...DRAMA!!

Anyway, my employees were very helpful in getting my place together for the Familia.

Two Pernils are in the oven and timed for 8 hrs...Pasteles have been wrapped, gallons of spirits await and the most important thing of all...

happy to say that I flew after the latest fool tried to set an airplane on fire and the wait wasn't much longer.  I was afraid they'd start doing cavity checks.  Whew. 

did Santa make everyone happy?  I had a lovely vacay.

Table Wine sent out a nice notice about the tasting of champagnes today. Okay, let me revise that. Yesterday I received a very well written email about a tasting scheduled for today. But I could not find the times.

Should I just go down and lurk by the door?

No, this shouldn't be in the TW section as it is truly a random thought.

Maybe after the tasting I will be back for another random rambling.
