I'm not dysfunctional, just tired.
Holiday baking of a strange recipe has worn me out and left my apartment smelling like onions. This time of night it's not so wonderful.
Windows open.

Be thankful, all of you! You've got a roof over your head, a broadband connection and some form of computer! And most likely tomorrow you will eat too much. Don't be thankful for that. Save some for leftovers.

Before I went to the movies I left a pumpking and batata Pie in the oven with an hour timer.  The damn thing needed another 10 to 15 minutes.. :tickedoff: I'll see how it comes together in the am.  I'm also making a traditional flan (well, my traditional version..)  But I am not going up to bed until i see it is done!!!  Going to my brothers place in Hartsdale tomorrow for Turkey day!  Unfortunately I forgot I was suppose to make a coquito drink - :embarassed: I'll have to go to the 24 hr Korean market in the AM...Hope I can find a place to buy Rum...
