I just came back from voting ; I am happy to announce that there was a lot of people voting and I waited in line for 20 minutes. However, I am disgusted by Hiram the abuser's campaign worker screaming that gays will burn in hell in Spanish.

Does any know where can i find info on the latest poll results?

Thank you !!!

well, you have to forgive the abuser's poll worker.

it's always sad when your parents are brother and sister.

Just found this at NY1 News, but I'm not sure how often it's updated.  It says to refresh your browser to get updated numbers:

I really can't wait for this to be over. I'm pretty optimistic that Jose will win.
Funny, I have a knot in my stomach, though, thinking of the impossible happening. I live in JH for the diversity. I live in JH because it is the largest gay population outside of Greenwich Village. It was frightening to me to see all the anti gay sentiment and the language of hatred expressed by the people who are supporting HM.  It was unnerving to see Hiram. This....is America?

this is america.

but the people spewing hatred in this district don't want to live in america.

there is a solution for that, and it doesn't involve US leaving.

NY1 just declared Peralta the winner.  I am SO disappointed and shocked that Monserrate got more than 30% of the votes.

WPIX as well.

now for monserrate to claim bias on the part of ...um....reality.

after all, the tooth fairy could've swooped down and stolen ballots cast for him and passed them on to the easter bunny, who made them into the flossy green stuff people use for kids' baskets.

yeah, that's the ticket!

Phew, what a relief!!

But now that Peralta has won, we need to let him know that we have high expectations of him to listen to his constituents, get things done, and generally to do the right thing!
