Vado Diomande & Kotchegna Dance Company Interactive Arts Workshop

Participants will follow master dancer Vado Diomande as he calls out the rhythm that accompanies the movement. Live drumming is introduced, and the workshop culminates with participants invited to do “solo” steps – improvised movements – to show their appreciation to the drummers and the rhythms that have inspired the dance.
DATE: SAT, DEC 9, 1 PM (ALL AGES)  (PERFORMANCE AT 2:15 PM)
 
Tickets: $7/$4 Children/FREE for members with tickets to 2:15 pm show
 
Members must call Box Office (718-463-7700 ext. 222) to reserve tickets for workshop. Tickets are very limited.
