Anyone lose a cat?
A guy found an all black cat. Very friendly. He's going to hold onto it for awhile.
Suggested to check for a chip at the vet which he might do.

Is the cat eartipped?  If so it would indicate that he/she is part of a colony and is being taken care of by a feeder

vets won't charge to scan for a chip, so I hope this guy definitely will do it.
