I'm looking forward to trying one without cilantro if you'll make it for me. The banh mi place in my old neighborhood in Brooklyn refused to leave it out of the sandwich.

Hi Annie,

I apologize. We switched the schedules as of last Friday due to demand of a later crowd. Our new schedules are Tuesdays to Sundays from 4pm to 10:30 pm. Mondays closed.

I hope to revise the schedules again at a later time once more people get to know about Banh Mi.

Again, I apolgized for the disappointment. I hope you can stop by some time this week after 4pm, perhaps a Banh Mi for dinner?

I imagine banh mi need no introduction for many of us, especially with JoJu so close by (http://nymag.com/listings/restaurant/joju/).

Also curious what's Vietnamese about your Vietnamese tuna (from an earlier one of your posts): Is it that the tuna is from Vietnam, or is it about the herbs and spices added to the tuna salad?

Hi there Dodger,

So glad you have heard of banh mi! I am sure you must have had it at JoJu as well. I hope you can come try ours as well.

The Vietnamese Tuna sandwich is American tuna marinated with house made sauces and add along carrot and daikon pickles. It comes with a puffy croissant.
