I just walked past the Queensboro and peeked through the open back door. The chef Tony saw us and was kind enough to give us a quick tour. What a TERRIFIC space. Lots of work happening so I couldn't see the finished detail but it's a large space with a big bar and open kitchen.

Opening sometime July I think.

Very excited.

This is really really exciting. The size of the space could be a liability if they can't keep it in use. Hopefully they have a decently affordable rent.

Where's that child's hardhat?! Hahaha. It's great to see things are actually moving forward. Eager to know what the final product will look like. Judging by the size (and the state of construction in that photo), probably looking at something in the Fall, at best. Nevertheless, really exciting!

I walked by on Saturday and saw the door open. I popped my head in and had a quick chat to one of the owners. It looks GREAT! Renovations are pretty much done and he is waiting on some final permits. Hopeful of having them in a month.
