What is being built at 37th and 79th Street?

The former Lucky market has a new (well, landmarks restored) facade and the sign mentioned something about kitchen equipment being installed... anyone know whats going here?

I peeked through the paper today and it's all deli "furniture". Lookin fancy, though.
