Near where I work in L.I.C. is a space in an office building called "The Lunchbox." It's a group of 5 small stands that sell different foods, a sandwich/soup stall, a Jamaican food stall, a Khao Man Gai stall (awesome,) an empanada stall and another I can't recall at the moment. 
I know we have a big food cart culture here but I would love to see similar to this or what dssjh is talking about.

It's moving along nicely. Slower than I'd like, designing a full kitchen from scratch takes a long time, it turns out. But we're almost ready to begin construction!

It's going to be great, the space is going to look so awesome!
