Construction going on 80th Street and 37th Ave from 2am - I guess the city that never sleeps is forcing residents to not sleep

gas lines, i believe. 76th and 77th as well.

My guess is they are putting the gas lines in because there is resurfacing going on all down 37th ave this summer and there will be a 5 year moratorium on work unless it's an emergency situation. They're probably doing it before the 5 year moratorium.
