You're kidding me. $765,000? and the income is only $4,000 per month?
That doesn't compute.

I had a cemita just the other week. It was my first time and was certainly good, but there are more cemita's in this neighborhood than you can shake a stick at.

Le Gamin was a welcome addition and fills a much needed niche. I will still miss them regardless of the plethora of cemita's here.

had lunch at le gamin in Clinton Hill this weekend. They will surely be missed by me in Jackson Heights. That's it. I'm moving outta here.

I agree. Cheap is almost never better when it comes to construction.

You should raise the price. The low value is going to devalue all the other apartments in Jackson Heights. And when I want to sell my apartment, that will not be nice.

The cheap tiles are really cheap, meaning they are hard to install, very thing and will crack and break easily. I wouldn't recommend using them unless you really must. Nemo Tile has decent cheap tiles, but they also have some that aren't the cheapest but will last a bit longer.

it's unfortunate that a good restaurant doesn't open in that location. It would be a good spot.
But if it's a Citibank, I'd be happy.

When is the park opening? It looks complete. Thanks to everyone who put this together.

Why open so late? I'm ready for a greenmarket now. I'm spoiled working by Union Square.
