Restaurants & Food / Outdoor Eatery?

With this great weather we're having, let's revive the questions regarding places to eat outside that are nearby.
I'd like a good salad (i.e. no iceberg lettuce) and a white wine. Where can I get it that doesn't require a lengthy subway ride into Manhattan?

Any suggestions?

Apartments, Sublets & Roommates / Looking for 3BR+ in JH, KG, FH or Sunnyside

Looking for a 3BR+ in the Historic District of Jackson Heights, Forest Hills, Kew Gardens or Sunnyside. Anyone know of anything?
Must be near trains, NOT facing the street (i.e. garden facing is preferred) and not a ground floor apartment.

Would also consider a town home, attached row house in same areas.

Something in relatively "original" condition would be nice.
