Jackson Heights Life

I can imagine that this has likely been discussed before. But I didn’t see any recent threads on the subject. I am talking specifically about a place that offers things like market plates, rice/quinoa bowls, healthy salads, shakes/smoothies, breakfast, etc. You all know the type of thing I’m getting at. Along the lines of “Create” in Astoria. I truly think that somebody could make a killing opening up a spot like this. Is there one I am missing somewhere?  The $6.49 Uber eats delivery fees ordering from further out places gets old real quick.
