Looks like they went poof overnight. There's a large sign that says "closed" and another "for rent by owner".

Is anyone else experiencing very slow speeds and high latency in the neighborhood? I have 300/20 service and it slows to an extreme crawl every evening between around 4-6pm on into the wee hours of the morning. I'm seeing 20/5 at best with huge amounts of lag. It's painfully slow and almost unusable at peak times.
Been fighting with them to fix it for three months, they keep saying it's a wider issue affecting five of six nodes of 900 modems each yet they can't seem to find the problem. Or are unmotivated to do so.
