Jackson Heights Life

This morning my neighbor found a cat with an injured tail in front of Stratford Hall 80-09 35th between 80th and 81st. She followed him to my building (34-37 80th) but kept running to the garden gates as if trying to get in. However, she came right into the building and then my apartment. For a variety of reasons we believe she is a pet, not one of the feral or outdoor cats. They're having trouble getting her into a carrier, but are trying to take her to a vet to check if she has a microchip.
