Does anyone know what the store next to the bakery on 90th Street SW corner (a couple doors from 37th Ave) is? It says "energizer" but I'm not so sure.

Does anyone know what happened to cause 90th & Roosevelt to be swarming with ambulances and fire trucks this morning? There was also a helicopter in the sky above in a "sitting" position.

On the corner of 86th and 37th, across from the currently in renovation bagel place, there is a small memorial and American flag under a tree with flowers that reads "Teena Ricevuto August 25, 2001 A friend to everyone".

I was told by a friend he heard an explosion last night by 37th Ave & 83rd St at 11:30pm and heard sirens but didn't know where it was at.

First time in a few weeks I was on 82nd and saw that Xios is empty. Probably too much competition from Gap & Banana Republic. The sign says Foot Locker is going there.

Apartments, Sublets & Roommates / Looking for 1 bedroom

My roommate and I need to move out in the next six weeks. We are looking for a pet friendly, one bedroom, elevator building. Can afford $1500- $1600 maximum. We prefer to stay in Jackson Heights or nearby.
