Walked past the former Sunshine Shop on 37th Ave & 86th street yesterday and a nail salon is opening in its place.

Does anyone know what the store next to the bakery on 90th Street SW corner (a couple doors from 37th Ave) is? It says "energizer" but I'm not so sure.

Everyday I pass by, there's only one customer in the place. When it was Jackson Heights Gyro it was full all the time.

Does anyone know what happened to cause 90th & Roosevelt to be swarming with ambulances and fire trucks this morning? There was also a helicopter in the sky above in a "sitting" position.

On the corner of 86th and 37th, across from the currently in renovation bagel place, there is a small memorial and American flag under a tree with flowers that reads "Teena Ricevuto August 25, 2001 A friend to everyone".
