Neighborhood Chat / Parade ending??

Does anyone know when this parade will be over and the streets will be opened?? It's such a nightmare to get around to do anything. Or simply drive to or from anywhere around here.

Neighborhood Chat / Life size human sculpture hanging out...

on the corner of 82nd and 35th avenue - it was made entirely of [what looked like] packaging tape, attached to the street sign.  I didnt take a picture of it, but others were - or just staring and smiling at it!  It was really cool looking.  I saw it sunday night, not sure if its still there.  Maybe modern art invading JH?! :)
