Ingrid's Hair Salon has moved to 79th Street & 37th Avenue leaving a vacancy on 78th Street. I was hoping that something opened that was something along the lines of Espresso 77. As Chuckster suggested I was hoping for a French Bistro. Has anyone heard of another business taking over? Also, what does the community want in that location?
