Seeking good home cooks from different countries

I'm seeking participants for a documentary I'm working on about ethnic
cooking and their cultures.

I'm looking for good cooks from different countries who live in NY. I will
follow them as they do their shopping in their ethnic stores and head home
to cook a meal. We will continue to follow them as they eat this meal
together with their family...

It's a taste of another world right here in NY, through their food.

It's important that the participants speak English and live in an ethnic
area and their home has the same flavor.

We want to step into a world we don't see very often.
