or, more precisely, relief thereof.

second time in a couple of months i've had a contractor visit mandated by the management company, and had the contractors refer to them -- once curses are removed -- as the worst company they've ever dealt with.
 
hallelujah, agreement at last.

well, the way the board works here, they won't last another year anyway. six changes in ten years and counting
