Ok, so it's been like a year, but my wife and I were walking by El Coyote, and we decided to pop in.  As always, salsa and guac were tops.  Other than the fact they switched the meats in my entree (gave me a chicken taco and beef burrito, rather than the ordered chicken burrito and beef taco.  small issue) and the food was great, as well as the service.  Guess we'll put El Coyote back on the map.
