P.S.69 Jackson Heights - 1955-58

Went to P.S.69 in Jackson Heights and had Mrs. Dollinger in 3rd, Mrs. Lansing? in 4th, Mrs Heyman in 5th and Mrs Poliakoff in 6th - graduated in 1958...Anybody from then, still around now? Lots of names and faces still rattling around in my addled brain. Young ladies are impossible to find due to married names, but I remember an Evelyn Schwartz, Valerie Holder, Joanne Weill? Xenia Ley, George Dolce, Jeff Goldstein, Jeff Rich, Jeff Lipton, Paul Krieger, Paul Wolfe, Russ Kershaw, Paul Perez who lived @ 74-10 35th Ave..and more......OMG I'm trapped in the 50's...........lmk/ ttfn

I'm about 7 years younger but I had two of those teachers.  Dollinger was a belittling bullying pain- horrible. Heyman was a wonderful teacher. Pushed us and we learned a lot.

Had Polikoff in 6th grade too
There's a PS 69 alumni site on Facebook  many picts there
