Plumber request again
« on: September 18, 2011, 01:21:16 PM »
I noticed back in July that someone asked for a plumber recommendation and there seemed to be no response. Is there a a reliable, honest and inexpensive plumber that someone has had some direct experience with?  I need someone for two really small jobs.

I hope the absence of replies doesn't suggest that what I am asking for can't be had.

thanks for any suggestions

Is the plumber posted in ECG's message above the one you're looking for?

I have serious misgivings about Bob O'Connor. He's not good with details, especially the visible ones. He's the kinda guy who leaves 2" bolts sticking out and doesn't care about the aesthetics as long as they do whatever they are supposed to do. Or throws out original bathtub parts and replaces them with a cheap and ugly kitchen drain that makes your bathtub unusable.

I recommend Jerry from Arnanda plumbing, also local -- 347.882.9819.

I have used Kucich Plumbing before and was satisfied with their work.
104-12 43rd Ave, Corona. No licensed plumber is going to be inexpensive.
They charge $125.00 hr for labor which sounds reasonable to me.

I rather get it done right the first time regardless of cost then having to get it done twice
because the 1st plumber did a mickey mouse job.
