If you know anyone who is interested in a dog(tri-colored beagles) or cat(variety) see this posting from the Veterinarian's
assistant program at LaGuardia Community College. Located in Long Island City near the Citibank Building. You have to
follow their procedure for adoptions but the animals have been lovingly cared for by the students and are available
at the end of the semester in June. All the shots and medical is done which is great!

Our animals have been loved and played with all year by our students and staff, and are in excellent health. Give these animals a little bit of attention, and they will return your gift tenfold. Adoptions are free to a good home. We do interview all adopters, and give you an opportunity to ask any questions you have.
