Manhattan Prices

I've seen a couple of comments about Manhattan prices.  Somebody mentioned Novo, Somebody else Terrazo Cafe and I am going to add the Cavalier.  I stopped in on Friday and they charged me $4.50 for a Michelob Ultra.  I can buy the same beer in Legends or the Irish Rover in Astoria for $3.50 and receive buybacks.  What places do you feel are charging Manhattan prices and give an example?
