WOW, take a single family home, put a apt where the garage was, a kitchen and separate entranceway on the third floor, and you now have a three family home.  Personally, I'm against these kinds of conversions, but its perfectly leagal. I'm sure their neighbors aren't to happy about it tho!

Thank you for your interest in this property.  Believe it or not I have the original certificate of occupancy which shows that it is a legal three family home.  I can email a copy to your attention if you so desire.

good evening growing up in Astoria all my life a 3 family home was called a "Three Family Home" and not a "Townhouse".  If you look in all of the real estate books it doesn't say "townhouse" for a Three Family Home.  I guess people are really trying to be fancy in Astoria now.  :)
