Anyone remember Budd's Bar and one of it's bartenders Mike Quiqley? He was my gym teacher at I.S.145.

he was my Dean at 145 :) and rumor has it he can be found at Legends on occasion, presumably as a patron.

i know it was there around 2003 -- i am pretty sure the last time i was there was that spring, around the time i moved from my house on 75th to my current place. it was a cool place.

I think it closed in 2003-2004, i would still stop by after Mets games. That and O'Hanlon's on Roosevelt. If you go on facebook , they have a group dedicated to Budd's Bar. Some classic black & whites from the early 60's

Budds closed on 4/30/2005.  Mike Quigley works at Cassidy's on Sunday afernoons
