Wood floor refinishing

Can anyone recommend someone to refinish wood floors?  I have only approx. 300 sq ft of wood floors.  I received one quote that I felt was too high.  Thanks in advance.

I used Lou Famulari (718 461 Wood) who has been in business for 50 years and does high quality work but dosen't come cheap.

I've used them about 3 times and have been happy with the results.
They aren't high end, but they get the job done.

We used Albert at (718) 769-2846 to do our whole apt before we moved in this summer. His people did a beautiful job and our old hardwood floors look amazing. He was reliable & honest.
