I want to go off topic me too, it`s trendy now, well most of the cheese that we found in the stores it is made with pasteurized milk which means dead milk, if you want to taste the real living cheese you have to get a cheese made with raw milk and aged then. :smitten:

When I first visited this thread I judged it to be "cute".  I read but didn't follow the discussion.  I missed the segue from cute to nasty---guess i lucked out this time :)  Riding a slow train to the city I came upon this article in Tuesday's News.  Amazing how outsiders see more of our goodness than we do.  Viva Jackson Heights.  I'd love to be able to do that toast in all the local languages, any volunteers?
