Below is new information regarding the pilates mat class held on Friday evenings in Jackson Heights:
The class runs for 8 consecutive weeks.  Starting Jan. 4, 2008. Fee $160
The instructor is from a studio in Dumbo, she's really great.
The class is one hour @ 7:30pm.  All you need is a yoga mat and comfortable clothes.
If you need to miss one class, there will be one make-up on Feb. 29.

If you want to "drop-in" and not sign up for all 8 classes, the fee is $25 a class. (Please e-mail first to ensure there is room)

If you'd like to "drop-in" or sign up for the pilates mat classes I organize at Garden school Wednesdays 7:30-8:30pm just come by.
Cost: $140 for 7 classes (plus a make-up class at the end) or $25 for "drop-ins" 
All that is needed is comfy clothes and a yoga or pilates mat.
Enter building on 79th street b/t 34th and Northern Blvd.  Walk to the back of the building and go up the stairs on your left.  Call Margaret if you have any questions:

Fee: $160 for eight consecutive weeks and one make-up class on November 5, 2008
