Cleaner streets in Jackson Heights, and less plastics in our city's waterways

The "skip the stuff" bill targeting the plastic straws and utensils given out by restaurants is supposedly a done deal! However, getting the bill passed by the end of the year before most of the Council Members timeout is not a done deal, so we need to keep the pressure up.
