El Patio temporarily closed?

Does anybody know if El Patio (on Northern Blvd) is coming back? Loved the spot (though a little expensive) but saw that they’re listed as closed temporarily, wanted to see if anybody had an understanding of whether or not this is true, or if they’re closure is permanent.

they were padlocked, and their liquor license suspended, for violating COVID restrictions. not sure what they have to do to get the license back.
