Foodtown - 37th Avenue
« on: March 26, 2021, 12:37:03 PM »
Recently, I've noticed there are always hundreds and hundreds of boxes in the aisles at Foodtown.  I didn't actually count, but I don't think I'm exaggerating.  Has it always been like this?  Or, am I just starting to notice it?  Seems out of hand and makes for a less than enjoyable shopping experience.

But, they've got the best deals so I continue to shop there.

It's been on my mind for at least a month or two, but not sure when it started.  I haven't noticed it at other places.  I'm guessing they just don't have enough storage in the back, or downstairs......or, wherever they store.

The boxes and the 24/7 stocking happens at both Foodtown and Food Dynasty. I'd say less so at Foodtown, but still inconvenient at busier times. The amount of boxes and stocking staff in the aisles at FooddyNasty (started calling it this after seeing DSSJH post calling it that  ;D ;D) definitely effecting shopping every moment of the day, though. I rarely go in to FD unless it's absolutely necessary. I will only go into Foodtown mornings or middle of the day on weekdays. Once schools/work starts getting out they are absolute nightmares.
