Noob:  No one who is selling at Washington Plaza is going to make a profit based on the purchase price + closing costs and the closing costs selling.

Only two apartments are in contract so far but it looks like at least one of them already made a profit.

Not sure about the other one, but it wasn't held for very long and it is hard to make a profit in that situation.

All of the other apartments for sale were bought at much lower prices than their current listed price, so they should all make profits.

Obviously, the employee I saw was not wearing a mask. I have seen many other contractors not wearing masks when they carry things to the dumpsters. You must like conspiracies. OHH, does he realy live at WP?

We must live in different buildings cos in my Washington Plaza universe. the water runs clear and the staff wear masks!

I did not say the "staff" was not wearing masks. I said employees. It is the renovation employees who are irresponsible.

The regular WP staff are wonderful.

The water in my building is often filthy. I have filters everywhere. The shower filter is rated for 6 months. I have to change it once a week. When the water was dirty the other day, the shower filter lasted for one shower, and that was after the water looked clear.
