we voted by mail, to avoid potential issues, but i've never had a problem voting in person here in NYC before. did anyone experience anything like this today?

Many of the usual poll workers are in the vulnerable population. I wonder if they had to break in a lot of new poll workers to fill in on short notice. The polls usually move pretty swiftly in JH.

I voted early  two weeks ago, no problem.  In fact I was running out to Flushing and met a neighbor who is running for a delegate seat.  This was in our library, two minutes later I was on the 7 train.   Not sure why there was so much commotion on the mail in ballot, it's not like we live in Kentucky.
