At Riko I know the green sauce is called aji verde but what is the white sauce called?

At Souk el Shater in Sunnyside I have the opposite. The white sauce is called toum but what is the green sauce called?

If it's spicy, probably jalapeƱo, parsley, and olive oil hot sauce

Is it Zhoug?

That's what I thought at first but zhoug looks much darker in color.

Salsa/Mojo de ajo

At Souk el Shater in Sunnyside I have the opposite. The white sauce is called toum but what is the green sauce called?

I would also guess zhoug or a green harissa.
