I'm not sure if I was just oblivious in the past; however, it seems to me that there are a lot of pigeon droppings on the stairs inside the 74th Street subway station, on the handrails, and even on some of turnstiles.  I only started noticing this 3 or 4 moths ago. It appears that they may clean it up from time to time, but that doesn't seem to last very long.

How or who do you complain to about this?

The pigeon population in the neighborhood has soared lately. People have been feeding them. I noticed this on 73rd street and outside of Foodtown.

I started a thread about the pigeon droppings at the subway station a few weeks ago.  Search "Roosevelt Avenue/74th Street Subway Station."

Has anyone noticed the dive-bombing pigeons living by WOK (the Chinese place on 37th Avenue)?  I swear they are going to fly right into me one day!
